Luxury accommodations , a big tropical backyard with huge pool and a desirable location make this a vacation dream home! This house was built in 1963 and has been lovingly restored with lots of upgrades while maintaining a mid century style.
Situated a mile from the intracoastal bridge, you will enjoy the beach breezes without the traffic congestion and crowds. The beach is a 5 minute drive away and the house is stocked with all the beach gear you need. We have bikes for you to ride to the beach or to take a trip on the Pinellas Trail.
The lush backyard has a huge covered lanai, outdoor kitchen and salt system pool, heated in winter months. Fully fenced and gated parking pad can accommodate a boat or RV. Enjoy fun outdoor activities like corn hole, croquet and giant jenga. There is plenty of room to run around and play and many shady areas to sit and relax. Kid and dog friendly. You will feel like in your own personal tropical resort!
Inside, you will find a turn-key home with quality furniture, comfortable bedding and a well appointed kitchen. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a flexible space in the sunroom that can serve as a fourth bedroom. There are two fold out beds suitable for small children.
All five TVs are smart TVs with DirectTV, Netflix and Disney plus. Living room tv is 70 inches and there is a tv in every bedroom as well as out on the lanai. High speed WiFi inside and on lanai, TVs are hardwired to the internet. Library of books, games, and dvds for your enjoyment.

Summary: This property is amazing! We rented this house while visiting for my daughter's college graduation. We were looking for a place to hold a party to celebrate her with friends and family and this was the perfect place! This house has everything you could possibly need and then some. The backyard is the perfect space for hosting a party or just relaxing. Anya is an amazing host and very responsive to any questions. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our stay! Will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone! Thank you!!

Summary: We loved, loved, loved this gorgeous property, which is even better than it appears in photos, super location close to the beach. It has everything you need and then some for a peaceful, relaxing stay, including an enormous back yard if you’re traveling with your dog. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We can’t wait to rent this one again.

Summary: This house has everything you need for your stay. We came to Florida for my son’s beach wedding. We traveled with our dogs and they enjoyed running in the yard. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor living space and pool. The house was very clean! Book this house if you are interested. You won’t regret it!

Summary: This was our third stay at Anya’s beautiful home. We had such a wonderful holiday, enjoying the beautiful clean pool, going to the beach and checking out all the great restaurants, everything is so close by but you still feel surrounded by solitude. This home has everything you could ever need and more. The property is gorgeous, with beautiful lush gardens and lots of space for games in the huge back yard. Plenty of bikes for the whole family. Anya is such a wonderful host, she bends over backwards to ensure everything is taken care of and more. We all really look forward to our holiday here next winter!

Summary: This is our second time staying at Anya’s beautiful home and have already booked for next year. This home and Anya’s hospitality has set the bar for us and this is the only place we can stay coming to Florida. Everything is perfect here, the home, property, pool, gorgeous landscapes, the neighbourhood, proximity to the many beautiful beaches of Indian Rocks, great restaurants and shopping. Only a half hour to Tampa for hockey games, twenty minutes to Dunedin for Blue Jays spring training and a couple hours to Orlando for concerts. Anya is so lovely and her communication is top notch and her employees are as well. We highly recommend Anya’s beautiful home.

Summary: The house was perfectly located. Close enough to walk to a grocery store but yet far enough away from the busy highways which made it peaceful and quiet. Extremely clean and the outdoor pool was beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: It is hard to articulate just how wonderful this property and owner are. We just spent a glorious month in paradise! The home (which looks gorgeous in photos) is even better in reality. Every morning we got up to beautiful birdsong and our first coffee by the pool, set amidst gorgeous palms, large trees, flowering shrubs, and fragrant flowering Jasmine. The beds are so comfortable and the house has every amenity you can imagine or ever need, just bring your clothes. Having a washer and dryer was such a bonus for us as a family gone for a month. The house is so beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and paintings. Anya has thought of everything. All you need is close by, grocery stores, farm market, meat market, liquor stores, shopping and a great coffee shop, Haus. This home is so close to everything, but also situated in a lovely, quiet and well maintained neighbourhood. We enjoyed so many great restaurants both in Largo and on Gulf Blvd. ten minutes away. Also the beach at Indian Rocks is a must to see the spectacular sunsets. We spent every day in the lovely large pool, so clean and just the perfect temperature. Our daughter and son in law took advantage of the bikes in the garage and Anya had everything needed for our 9 month old granddaughter. The neighbourhood is very safe for walking dogs and babies! Our golden retriever was living her best life in that beautiful big backyard with the huge grassy area and the pool. Anya was super helpful, communication could not have been better, she is an amazing host. Her delightful son TomTom, was always eager to help with anything and Arthur the pool guy was entertaining and a wealth of information…and kept the pool sparkling clean! On our second day in the house we booked for next year, the thought of waiting and it being gone was unimaginable!
